Welcome, from owners Kim Clark and Chef Robert Moltzan. This Wine Bar/Restaurant is a result of two lost souls finding each other, and making a commitment to not only each other but to you our guests...neither of us could have done this alone...together we ask you to please share in our happiness.
Our goal here at Tapas 1 is simple... relax, get away from the distractions that are called life. No verbal cell phone usage and no televisions will help you reach that goal. Practice the lost art of conversation. Enjoy friends or loved ones. "Take a breath, take a sip and relax..." we hope you have a fantastic experience with us.
We are a small 35 seat wine bar with very limited seating. We do not take reservations. The largest group we can accommodate is 5 because we have a combination of soft seats and high tops, most of which are at the bar.
Our goal remains the same to give our guests a relaxing evening of conversation and discovery.
Our restaurant is available for private events: business lunches, wine & beer dinners and tastings, receptions, cooking classes and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event. Sunday Brunch, for more info check out our Face Book Page.

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source as many fresh ingredients as possible from local farmers markets and vendors.
