Welcome, from owners Kim Moltzan and Chef Robert Moltzan. This Gastro Pub Style Restaurant is a result of two lost souls finding each other, and making a commitment to not only each other but to you our guests...neither of us could have done this alone...together we ask you to please share in our happiness.
Our goal here at Tapas 1 is simple... relax, get away from the distractions that are called life. No verbal cell phone usage and no televisions will help you reach that goal. Practice the lost art of conversation. Enjoy friends or loved ones. "Take a breath, take a sip and relax..." we hope you have a fantastic experience with us.
We are a small restaurant with limited seating (50). We do not take reservations. The largest group we can accommodate is 6, all high top seating, 11 high tops at the bar.
Our goal remains the same to give our guests a relaxing evening of conversation and discovery

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source as many fresh ingredients as possible from local farmers markets and vendors.
